Base cardstock 4 1/4 x 11

scored at 4 1/4 and 5 1/2

DSP 4 x 5 1/4

Cut 4 x4 for the front flap and the left over piece is for the front where I folded it.

Insde layer of white

2 piece of 4 x4 ( if you want to add that )

Note: I show both with and without it.

2 pieces of white cardstock 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 for the inside sentiments.

The inside is 6 x6 DSP folded in half both ways then diagonally.
